Terms of Sale

Sales are made by Geist Dynamics LLC, 368 North Center Street, Santaquin, UT 84655. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Utah sales tax is added where required. Products are local pickup in Santaquin, UT unless stated otherwise; we’ll contact you to schedule pickup within 3 business days. Title and risk pass to you at pickup. Steel targets must be used only at safe distances with appropriate ammunition and eye protection. Products are covered only by any manufacturer warranty (LongShot, FOR); we make no other warranties to the extent permitted by Utah law. Questions: [email protected] · 801-381-1029. Refund and return policy

Unused products in original condition may be returned within 14 days of pickup for a refund to the original payment method. Steel targets that have been shot are not returnable. Camera returns follow the manufacturer’s return terms; defective items are handled through the manufacturer warranty, and we’ll help you file the claim. Refunds are issued within 10 business days of our receiving the return.

Training cancellation

These terms apply to firearms safety and marksmanship instruction sessions.

You may cancel or reschedule up to 72 hours before your session for a full refund or free reschedule. Cancellations within 72 hours are refundable only as a credit toward a future session within 12 months. If we cancel for weather, range closure, safety or instructor illness, you choose a full refund or a reschedule. Agency and group training is governed by the written quote or contract.

Age requirement

You must be 18 or older to purchase from this site. At checkout you’ll be asked to confirm that you are 18 or older and agree to these terms.
