“Absolutely awesome experience being around nick and just soaking in all the knowledge he has to offer, it’s very rewarding to finally have the skills to make educated long range decisions in the field!
Very cool set up I will definitely be shooting with him again!”

“My experience with Nick goes back to one of the first times he started teaching me long-range shooting. I actually sacrificed opening morning of a deer hunt to spend that morning learning from him, and looking back, it was absolutely worth it.

One of the first things Nick taught me was how to use the reticle in my scope to measure an object, do the math, and determine distance without relying on a rangefinder. Later on that same hunt, I had a deer in front of me and put what he taught me to use. I measured the deer through my scope, calculated the distance, made the shot, and successfully took that deer at 555 yards without ever using a rangefinder.

That experience pretty much sums up why I recommend Nick. He doesn’t just give you a dope chart and tell you what to dial. He teaches you how and why things work so you can actually understand long-range shooting and make decisions for yourself in the field.

Since then, Nick has continued helping me throughout my long-range journey with my 7mm PRC. I’ve gone from learning the fundamentals to confidently shooting at 1,000 yards and beyond, including successful hits at 1,250 and 1,500 yards.

Nick is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and willing to explain things until they make sense. Whether it’s understanding your scope, ballistics, shooting fundamentals, equipment, reloading, or applying everything to hunting, he wants you to actually learn rather than just follow instructions.

If you’re serious about becoming a more capable long-range shooter and hunter, I can’t recommend Nick and Geist Dynamics enough.”
